You will gain practical experience analyzing feedback, creating reports in Excel, and collaborating across departments to drive improvements. The ideal candidate is pursuing or recently completed a degree in project management, process improvement, or business administration, with strong Excel skills and an interest in Power BI.

• Pursuing or recently completed degree in relevant fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; Power BI preferred.
• Strong analytical skills; ability to present findings clearly.

• Analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
• Create reports in Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Shadow Customer Service Managers and participate in cross-department meetings.
• Develop clear, professional messaging for customer communications.
