Job summary

Total Wine & More in Roseville, MI is seeking Front End Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service at the register while processing transactions and assisting customers with questions about wines, spirits, and beer. You will promote our loyalty program and stay knowledgeable about weekly ads and promotions.

Roles can be part-time or full-time and may also include responsibilities as sales associate or merchandiser. Must be at least 21, able to stand long hours, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1-3 years of work experience, 1+ years in retail preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including identification verification and payment handling.
• Deliver exceptional service and inform customers about products and services.
• Promote loyalty program and maintain knowledge of advertisements and promotions.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness standards and adhere to alcohol sale regulations.
