Tilson Homes in Texas seeks an outgoing Customer Experience Marketing Coordinator. You'll work with families from signing to final closing, capturing milestones with photos and videos, both in our office and on-site at rural Texas home sites.

You'll coordinate with construction and sales teams, schedule meetings, update customer portals, and brainstorm celebration ideas with the marketing team. A 1–2 year background in marketing or photography is ideal; company vehicle provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in marketing, customer service, or portrait photography.
• Excellent communication and creative thinking.
• Willingness to drive to rural Texas home sites.

Responsibilities

• Engage with families during building process in office and on site.
• Take photos and videos during milestones and at final closing.
• Update customer portals with latest photos.
• Collaborate with marketing team on celebration ideas.
