U-Haul is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Huntsville, AL to be the face of our service team. You will assist customers, manage rentals with U-Scan, and help hook up and inspect equipment. The role offers on-the-job education and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements include a valid driver's license and a high school diploma or equivalent. Training and certifications (forklift) are offered during employment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Inspect and clean equipment on the lot and check fluid levels.
• Educate customers regarding products and services.
