Ultimate Staffing in San Diego is seeking a Customer Experience/Dispatch Coordinator to join our team. The role handles ~50 calls and emails daily, schedules service routes, and supports field technicians to ensure timely, accurate service delivery.

Training will be provided; candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong multitasking and Microsoft Office skills. This temporary position is 6 months with potential to convert to full-time.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience in scheduling and routing, customer service, and fleet operations (preferred).
• Ability to multitask effectively with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.
• SAP experience is preferred.
