Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Customer Experience Director to oversee product availability, logistics, and customer relationships across markets for radiopharmaceuticals in oncology, neurology, and cardiology.

You will ensure timely dose supply, coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams, manage customer escalations, and drive process improvements with flexibility for regional travel in the Mid-Atlantic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in medical or business field.
• 10+ years in biotech, pharma, or nuclear medicine.
• 1-2 years customer relationship management in radiopharmaceuticals.
• Knowledge of PET imaging and radiopharmacy logistics.
