Job description

A Career Where Your Work Matters

Branch Environmental is looking for an exceptional Customer Experience Coordinator to become a key

part of our growing team.

This is not simply an administrative or customer-service position. This is not an entry -level position. We are looking for an experienced professional who has already demonstrated success, responsibility, sound judgement and stability in the workplace.

We're looking for someone who can

think, prioritize, take ownership, and keep things moving while providing an exceptional experience for

our customers.

You’ll often be the first person our customers speak with during stressful situations involving asbestos,

mold, fire, or water damage. You’ll also serve as a central connection between our customers, inspectors,

project managers, and office team.

The right person will be warm and professional with customers, but equally important, will have the

judgment and initiative to recognize what needs attention and the follow-through to make sure it gets

done.

The Person We're Looking For
We value Loyalty and long-term commitment and place significant value on demonstrated career stability and sustained tenure with previous employers. Candidates whose work history shows a consistent pattern of short-term positions may not be a strong fit for this role

You don't need someone standing over you telling you what to do next. You naturally keep track of your

responsibilities, regularly review what's outstanding, and recognize when something needs your attention.

You know how to prioritize. When several things are competing for your attention, you can determine

what's truly important, what needs action now, and what can wait.

You keep things moving. When something is stalled, you notice and take the next appropriate step rather

than allowing it to sit unnecessarily.

Your follow-through is exceptional. Sending an email or leaving a voicemail doesn't mean the task is

finished. You keep track of open items and continue following up until there is an outcome.

You manage yourself well. You maintain your own task list and follow-up system and don't rely on

someone else's reminders to make sure things get done.

You think ahead. You anticipate next steps, recognize potential problems, and take initiative before small

issues become bigger ones.

Through all of this, you're steady, professional, and kind. We're not looking for frantic activity. We're

looking for someone who creates momentum through good judgment, organization, ownership, and

consistent action.

How You'll Make a Difference
  • Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and text messages with warmth and professionalism.
  • Help customers navigate stressful situations with compassion and confidence.
  • Schedule inspections, estimates, and project activities.
  • Coordinate calendars and communicate updates with customers and team members.
  • Keep open items moving and proactively follow up when something is outstanding.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, proposals, and customer correspondence.
  • Collect deposits and payments.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and notes in JobTread.
  • Follow up with customers after project completion and request reviews.
  • Identify things that need attention rather than waiting for someone else to point them out.
  • Assist with administrative and process-improvement projects that help our office operate more
  • effectively.
You’ll Probably Thrive Here If You...
  • Have a strong sense of ownership and personal responsibility.
  • Are highly organized and naturally keep track of details.
  • Have an internal drive to finish what you start.
  • Can independently prioritize a changing workload.
  • Notice when something isn't moving and take appropriate action.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
  • Are comfortable making decisions and solving everyday problems.
  • Learn quickly and are comfortable with technology.
  • Genuinely enjoy helping people.
  • Demonstrate integrity, maturity, and sound judgment.
  • Value Loyalty and long-term commitment.
  • Want to build a long-term career, not simply find your next job.
Why Branch Environmental?
  • $60,000–$70,000 base salary, depending on experience and capability
  • Monthly profit-sharing opportunities
  • Additional performance and referral bonuses
  • Paid holidays and paid time off
  • Family-oriented, Christ-centered culture
  • Meaningful work that genuinely helps people
  • Opportunities for long-term professional growth
What Success Looks Like

Success isn't measured by how busy you look or simply by checking tasks off a list. It's measured by

whether things get done.

Customers receive the communication they were promised. Follow-ups happen when they're supposed to

happen. Open items don't disappear. The right priorities receive attention. And the team knows that when

something is in your hands, you'll stay on top of it until it's resolved.

If you're the kind of person who takes ownership, thinks ahead, follows through relentlessly, and takes

pride in helping customers and teammates succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
