Job Description:

Opportunity: Grow Your Career

Responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience. Oversees a team of Associates at the front of the store, ensuring prompt, courteous service and promotion of loyalty programs. Leads by example through engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Demonstrates outstanding customer service.

  • Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
  • Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality
  • Participates actively in training and mentoring Associates on front-end principles
  • Trains and coaches Associates on personalizing the customer experience and promoting loyalty programs
  • Assigns registers, supports POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks for all Associates
  • Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience
  • Ensures Associates execute tasks according to store plans, prioritizing as needed
  • Communicates effectively with management and team members about priorities and progress
  • Provides and receives recognition and constructive feedback
  • Partners with management on training needs to enhance team effectiveness
  • Ensures compliance with labor laws, policies, and procedures
  • Promotes credit and loyalty programs
  • Supports store shrink reduction initiatives
  • Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Who We’re Looking For: You.

  • Available to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques
  • Capable of multi-tasking effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Adaptable to changes and unexpected situations
  • Team player, able to work effectively with peers and supervisors
  • Ability to train others
  • Minimum of 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience
