Renewal by Andersen of Washington is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our operations team in Spokane Valley. You will act as the primary point of contact for homeowners, delivering concierge-level service from project kickoff through installation.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate across internal teams, and keep projects on track toward installation, while maintaining thorough documentation and proactive communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service, administrative support, or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing concierge level service from project kickoff through installation.
• Manage assigned projects, coordinate with internal teams, and keep every project moving toward installation.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or a related customer facing role.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, and keeping work on track from start to finish.
• A natural communicator who builds trust, provides exceptional service, and confidently navigates both positive and challenging customer interactions.
• Able to prioritize competing responsibilities, anticipate next steps, and take ownership of moving projects forward.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and confident resolving issues while collaborating across multiple departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes to homeowners and internal partners.
• Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy and thorough documentation.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.
• Experience in construction, home improvement, project coordination, or LEAN methodology is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
