Job summary

Renewal by Andersen, the nation’s largest start to finish window replacement company, is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our operations team in Spokane Valley, WA. You will be the primary contact for homeowners, delivering concierge-level service from project kickoff to installation.

In this role you will manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams, anticipate needs, and keep everyone informed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or related role.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating across teams.
• Natural communicator who builds trust and handles both positive and challenging interactions.
• Able to prioritize responsibilities and move projects forward.
• Resourceful, adaptable and confident resolving issues with cross‑department collaboration.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, can explain processes clearly.
• Highly organized with attention to accuracy and documentation.

What we're looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or a related customer facing role.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, and keeping work on track from start to finish.
• A natural communicator who builds trust, provides exceptional service, and confidently navigates both positive and challenging customer interactions.
• Able to prioritize competing responsibilities, anticipate next steps, and take ownership of moving projects forward.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and confident resolving issues while collaborating across multiple departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes to homeowners and internal partners.
• Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy and thorough documentation.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.
• Experience in construction, home improvement, project coordination, or LEAN methodology is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service, administrative support, or project coordination experience.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
