Renewal by Andersen of Washington is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to be the primary contact for homeowners, delivering concierge-level service from kickoff to installation. You will coordinate projects across internal teams and ensure timely progress toward installation.

Ideal candidates have at least 1+ year in customer service or project coordination, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills, with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

What You'll Be Doing

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing concierge level service from project kickoff through installation.
• Manage assigned projects, coordinate with internal teams, and keep every project moving toward installation.
• Anticipate customer needs, resolve obstacles, and proactively address issues before they escalte.
• Keep homeowners and teammates informed through clear, timely updates and coordination.
• Maintain detailed documentation and accurate project records.
• Continuously build your knowledge of our products, processes, and systems.
• Balance multiple homeowner relationships while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, hospitality, or a related customer facing role.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously, coordinating across teams, and keeping work on track from start to finish.
• A natural communicator who builds trust, provides exceptional service, and confidently navigates both positive and challenging customer interactions.
• Able to prioritize competing responsibilities, anticipate next steps, and take ownership of moving projects forward.
• Resourceful, adaptable, and confident resolving issues while collaborating across multiple departments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly explain processes to homeowners and internal partners.
• Highly organized with a commitment to accuracy and thorough documentation.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.
• Experience in construction, home improvement, project coordination, or LEAN methodology is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications
