Job summary

CareCore at Margaret Hall is seeking a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. This role supports admissions, marketing, and facility operations, creating an exceptional experience for residents, families, visitors, and referral partners.

You will serve as a primary contact, manage inquiries, assist with tours, and help grow census while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or healthcare reception experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Professional, friendly and customer-focused demeanor
• Experience with EMR or CRM systems preferred
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, coworkers, and referral partners

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and community partners
• Create a welcoming, professional, and positive first impression
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with walk-in requests
• Support the Director of Marketing with referrals, inquiries, tours, and follow-up communication
• Assist with admissions efforts and census growth
• Coordinate and monitor room readiness prior to new resident admissions
• Serve as our First Impressions Champion, helping ensure entrances, common areas, and customer-facing spaces are welcoming and presentable
• Assist with resident and family engagement programs and facility events
• Maintain welcome packets, marketing materials, and informational resources
• Collaborate closely with Admissions, Nursing, Therapy, Social Services, and facility leadership
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow HIPAA and CareCore policies
