Job summary

Manawanui is a NZ-based NGO delivering Self-Directed Funding and support to disabled people and whānau. A 12-month fixed-term Customer Experience Consultant role is available, with full training provided and a collaborative culture driven by purpose.

The Living Wage is cited at $29.90 per hour, with Monday to Friday hours and no nights or weekends. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers and resolving queries across channels.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service role.
• Positive, people-focused approach and team-first attitude.
• Ability to handle complex queries calmly and effectively.
• Experience in the NGO, health, or disability sectors is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer queries via phone, email, and online portal.
• Log and update case notes in CRM system.
• Follow up on actions and keep customers in the loop.
• Work with payroll to resolve queries.
• Collaborate with other teams to get the best outcome for customers.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls with confidence and care.
