Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests and needs to management.
• Professional personal appearance and courteous demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive payments from customers and record the amount received on the ticket.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts.
• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department.
• Handle complaints diplomatically and refer to the right person.
