Job summary

La Mesa RV, a family-owned dealership with locations nationwide and a growing Phoenix team, is seeking a friendly receptionist to join our service-focused staff.

You will greet customers, manage calls, and support daily front-desk operations while maintaining a professional image and organized workspace. This role offers room for growth, benefits, and a welcoming culture in a busy automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment screenings including background and drug test.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers as they arrive with a smile.
• Answer, assess and forward incoming phone calls.
• Maintain reception area clean and presentable with necessary materials.
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Maintain corporate email directory and data entry.
• Invoice Repair Orders (ROs) as needed.
• Obtain technician flag sheets daily and track technician proficiency.
• Perform other clerical receptionist duties as directed by the Service Manager.
