Job summary

Tractor Supply in Kentucky seeks a Team Member to interact with customers and team members, support selling initiatives, and perform assigned tasks. You will help deliver a Legendary Customer Experience, operate the POS, manage stock, and assist with merchandising and safety duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular attendance and work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure Legendary Customer Service.
• Perform merchandising tasks, price changes, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain poultry care areas and ensure safe, clean store environment.
