Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to deliver Legendary Customer Experience while supporting selling initiatives and completing assigned tasks. You will interact with customers and teammates, maintain attendance, and perform duties with a focus on safety and merchandising accuracy.

The role involves operating cash registers, stocking, pricing, loading purchases, and ensuring bird care compliance. Shifts vary and may include evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and count accurately.
• Must be willing to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, and weekends.
• GURA: Greet the Customer, Uncover Needs, Recommend Solutions, Add Value.
• Operate cash register/computer and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight process.
• Complete merchandising plans and price changes.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure birds and poultry are cared for safely.
