Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).

Responsibilities

• Create an environment where customers feel welcome, important and appreciated by answering questions about products and store services.
• Gain knowledge of products and respond to questions with suggestions.
• Process customer transactions quickly and accurately.
• Ensure returns and exchanges meet policy requirements.
• Communicate promotions and programs to customers.
• Ensure proper handling of funds, coupons, and tender types.
• Maintain awareness of stock and inventory integrity.
• Label, stock, and inventory department merchandise.
• Report discrepancies to the department manager.
• Stay informed about ads and promotions.
