Wawa, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate (CSA) to greet customers, take orders, and ensure a friendly, fast service experience at our Wilmington, DE location.

You will prepare breakfast items, made-to-order sandwiches, beverages, and pizzas, while keeping the coffee station clean and inviting. As a CSA you will operate the register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, assist with lottery and ID checks for restricted products, keep shelves stocked, and maintain store

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old with reliable transportation.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and multitask like a pro.
• Enjoys working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with customers to meet needs quickly and courteously.
• Prepare food items such as breakfast items, built-to-order sandwiches, specialty beverages, and pizzas; keep coffee station clean and organized.
• Operate the cash register, handle payments, activate fuel and gift cards, and assist with lottery and ID verification for age-restricted products.
• Ensure stores are stocked and shelves remain fresh, full, and inviting.
• Help keep stores clean and safe by following all established policies and guidelines.
• Complete store housekeeping duties including cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and trash.
