Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Dallas, Inc. seeks a store associate to deliver friendly customer service to donors and shoppers. You will help stock and present merchandise, follow company policies, and assist with training and daily operations in a busy retail environment.

The role requires reliable attendance and the ability to carry out tasks according to work instructions, while maintaining store standards and asset security. Prior experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, read and write the English language.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to customers and donors.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked and presentable on the sales floor.
• Abide by the policies and procedures as set forth by Goodwill.
• Must be able to perform tasks according to work instructions.
• Ensure security of all company assets and donations.
• Perform general sales floor/production area duties and cross train in all work areas.
• Greet and assist all donors/customers while directing complaints to management.
• Maintain store housekeeping to Agency standards.
• Attend training as required.
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
