• General Operations: Assists with Omnichannel, recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance; participates in annual inventory processes.
• Performance Standards: Supports shrink and safety initiatives; meets performance standards for the role including iCAP, sales, service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
