Job summary

Sonny's BBQ is hiring for an entry-level Front-of-House/Guest Service role in the United States. You will answer calls, take orders, handle drive-thru and curbside services, and interact with guests to ensure a memorable experience.

Previous restaurant experience is a plus. The team works in a fast-paced setting with opportunities for growth, incentives, and employee benefits. Training is provided to join the ACGBBQ family.

Qualifications

• Must work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be dependable and have a flexible schedule.
• Attend and complete training or certification programs as required.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls.
• Take food orders.
• Bag orders and ensure accuracy and include condiments/utensils.
• Interact with guests in a positive, friendly manner.
• Assist with catering orders.
• Use Point of Sale system.
• Take orders via drive-thru window.
• Handle curbside orders.
• Restock items and maintain the work area.
