Job summary

Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Initiates and participates in store recovery and ensures store safety and cleanliness.
• Cross-trains to support various areas of the store as needed.
• Adheres to labor laws and company policies.
