Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count change per procedures; promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Support merchandising and stock readiness; prepare merchandise for the sales floor; follow company procedures.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention efforts.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and adherence to labor policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
