You should be ready to work a flexible schedule, communicate effectively, and collaborate with peers and supervisors. Prior retail experience is a plus, with benefits including associate discounts and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and embodying customer experience principles.
• Ring purchases/returns and count change back to customers per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor per standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery and keep areas clean and organized.
• Uphold labor laws, policies and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed.
• Maintain safety and a clean store environment.
