Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate at TJ Maxx Store 0439 Greensboro, NC to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You will engage customers, manage transactions, and support merchandising and safety standards across the sales floor.

Responsibilities include assisting with merchandise preparation, participating in store recovery, and promoting loyalty programs while maintaining a positive, collaborative store culture. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customers
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare items for the sales floor
• Participate in store recovery and store cleanliness throughout the day
• Support loss prevention and safety initiatives
• Other duties as assigned
