Job summary

Sam's West, Inc. is seeking team members for the Member Assistant – Cart Attendant role at our Cape Coral location. You will help ensure a welcoming, well-kept shopping area and assist members with purchases and loading items while keeping carts ready and the parking lot clean.

The position requires you to stay active on your feet, work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize member satisfaction. The role supports creating a positive member experience in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and provide exceptional customer service across the club as needed.
• Assist with purchases and load items; maintain a clean, organized, member-ready area.
• Ensure carts/flatbeds are available; transport items and assist with parking lot cleanliness.
• Inform members of delays or issues and help resolve member concerns per policies.
