Job summary

Sam’s West, Inc. in Naples, FL is seeking a cart attendant to keep the parking lot tidy, assist members with purchases, and help load items into their vehicles. The role requires standing, moving quickly, and delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced club environment.

You’ll work closely with team members to ensure a positive member experience, maintain carts and surfaces, and support safety and cleanliness standards across the club.

Responsibilities

• Ensure club pick up orders are filled by contacting members to notify delays; inform when products are unavailable and offer alternatives.
• Assist members with loading purchases into vehicles and organize merchandise; maintain availability of carts/flatbeds.
• Provide exceptional member service, answer questions, maintain a clean, member-ready area.
• Promote Walmart/Sam's Club products and services; follow safety and policy procedures.
