Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Bozeman, MT is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life and create an amazing shopping experience for every guest.

You will educate guests on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom while upholding store policies with integrity. You can expect an energetic, guest-focused role with flexible evenings/weekends/holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Available evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Retail experience is a plus.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model to help them find products.
• Educate guests on product details and make recommendations.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and brand channels to guests.
• Flex across Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies.
