Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Boise to bring our brand to life in-store. You’ll help guests have an amazing shopping experience, educate them on AE & Aerie products, and share loyalty programs while embodying our values.

The role requires energy, multitasking across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom as needed, and delivering friendly, policy-minded service. Prior retail experience is a plus, and you must be at least 16.

Responsibilities

• Engage with every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends-first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make fitting recommendations.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Be a team player and support the store team to get the job done.
• Uphold integrity and adhere to AEO policies and procedures.
