Job summary

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of cash handling or customer service in a retail environment, or sales experience preferred.
• PC literate and typing proficient.
• Experience with data entry, 10-Key, banking software, and Microsoft Word/Excel.
• Good oral and written communication skills—can write clear messages and discuss products with customers.
• Ability to give and receive feedback to improve skills.
• Able to work weekends and extended hours as required.
• Bilingual English/Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teller Operations: Perform deposits and withdrawals, reconcile cash drawer, and prepare currency reports.
• Sales and Services: Identify cross-sell opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• New Accounts: Open accounts, answer inquiries, provide financial solutions, and update records.
