Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with minimum 1 year of customer service experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales is a plus.
• Comfort with technology including mobile and online banking services.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and services.
• Identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
