Job summary

Huntington National Bank is seeking a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers as a Financial Concierge, retaining and growing consumer and business relationships by identifying goals and recommending deposits and other banking products. You will process transactions, balance daily, and deliver exemplary service while upholding security and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of customer service or comparable military service.
• Bachelor's degree acceptable in lieu of experience or in addition to other qualifications.
• Experience in banking, financial services, or retail sales is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products and banking services.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process.
• Refer customers to other areas of the bank to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies, security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Demonstrate sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, communication and presentation skills.
