Formación

• High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of customer service or related experience or a Bachelor's Degree.

Responsabilidades

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
• Educate customers on consumer deposit products.
• Identify opportunities to grow relationships through a disciplined sales process and referrals.
• Refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures and manage risk.
