Job summary

Huntington National Bank seeks a Customer Experience Banker Non NMLS to serve walk-in customers, retain and grow both consumer and business relationships, and proactively identify financial goals and needs while recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services.

You will process customer transactions accurately, balance daily, and provide exemplary service while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of customer service or equivalent military service, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Preferred: 1+ year in banking or financial services and cash handling.
• Comfort with technology such as mobile and online banking.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving customer issues.
