Job summary

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients, managing lobby traffic, and scheduling meetings.
Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts while following policies and banking rules.
Educate clients on technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening, asking questions, and introducing clients to experts.
Perform branch operations, including handling cash devices in line with bank procedures.
