Job summary

Millennium Bank in Georgia seeks a Universal Banker to provide superb customer service while processing a variety of retail banking tasks. You will handle deposits, withdrawals, transfers, loan payments, and debit card maintenance, while upholding bank policies, privacy, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have strong cash handling and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to adhere to policies and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide service to all new and existing accounts according to bank policies and procedures.
• Process deposits and withdrawals to savings, checking accounts, and lines of credit.
• Transfer money between accounts and process various transactions.
• Assist customers with Debit Card orders/maintenance and balance cash drawer.
• Process loan payments and payoffs; issue cashier’s checks; cash advances on credit cards.
