Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Customer Relations Associate to greet customers, answer questions, and guide buying decisions with friendly, personal service. You will handle merchandise returns, process refunds or exchanges, and ensure the floor is clean and well stocked.

You may sell hunting and fishing licenses, manage loyalty programs, and support world-class customer service across the store. This role requires teamwork, reliable communication, and the ability to operate the POS

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree Required: High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Handles customer’s merchandise returns; complete refund / exchange paperwork.
• Sells appropriate Hunting and Fishing Licenses.
• Remains product knowledgeable.
• Provides a legendary experience for every customer, every time by assisting customers in making buying decisions by identifying needs, evaluating options, and making recommendations.
