Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and help unload trucks while maintaining a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills, with physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Part-time position at our Lincoln City store in Oregon.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions and manage cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
