Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Oregon to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, keep shelves stocked, and help unload merchandise while maintaining store cleanliness.

Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are required to provide excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at a cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain store cleanliness including restrooms and floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
