Job summary

Family Dollar LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Harlem, MT store and deliver a positive shopping experience for every customer.

You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe store environment while upholding our standards of service. The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and friendly communication with customers and fellow associates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail/hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to follow written and spoken instructions.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle standing/walking.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect assets
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery
• Unload trucks and stock shelves
• Maintain clean, safe, and respectful store environment
• Perform other duties as assigned
