Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience in Choteau, MT. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires strong customer service and reliability, with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs as needed and work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting actions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and associates.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
