Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, messaging platforms, and support ticket systems
• Assist with customer onboarding, account support, and service-related requests
• Track customer orders and shipments through multiple carriers
• Maintain accurate records and follow up on customer issues as needed
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and warehouse teams to resolve customer concerns
• Deliver a high level of customer service with every interaction
