Rush Order Tees is hiring for an on-site Customer Experience / Sales role in Philadelphia. You will assist customers by phone and email, provide order support, and act as the liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

The position demands a proactive, detail-oriented problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. Ideal candidates have a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers via phone and email
• Provide accurate order support
• Act as a key point of contact between customers and internal departments to ensure satisfaction and timely delivery
• Complete time-sensitive follow-ups
• Serve as an advocate for customers by resolving complex or escalated issues with thoughtful, customer-focused solutions
• Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, and internal teams to ensure product issues are resolved efficiently

Job Requirements

• Sales experience preferred but not required

• CRM experience (Salesforce a plus)
