RushOrderTees is looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused Promotional Products & Hard Goods Associate to join our growing team.

In this role, you'll help customers find and order the right promotional products, prepare quotes, communicate with vendors, and coordinate orders from start to finish. We're looking for someone who is organized, communicates well, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

This is a fully on-site position at our Northeast Philadelphia headquarters. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available.

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with selecting and ordering promotional products and branded merchandise.
• Build accurate quotes based on product specifications, quantities, customization, and pricing.
• Communicate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, production timelines, and order details.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate orders with vendors and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
• Follow up on customer quotes, open orders, and outstanding requests.
• Research products and sourcing options to meet customer needs and budgets.
• Troubleshoot order issues and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, sales support, or a related field.
• Experience with promotional products, printing, or branded merchandise is a plus.
• Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and manage multiple customer requests.
• Comfortable communicating with vendors and customers.
• Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems.
• A positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
