Job summary

Domino's Homewood is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet guests, take orders in-store or by phone, and ensure a positive dining experience. You will keep the front of the store clean, manage curbside and contactless service, and address customer concerns with support from management.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting. Training provided, with emphasis on safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years of age and able to pass a background check.
• Willing to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and basic math skills.
• Ability to take direction from management.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide a positive, engaging experience with your personality and professionalism.
• Take customer orders in-person or over the phone using our POS system.
• Clean, prepare, and maintain the front of the store to create a great in-store experience.
• Support drive-up and curbside experiences while maintaining a safe, contactless workflow.
• Take ownership of customer concerns and work with management to WOW them.
• Ensure orders are organized, accurate and meet our standards.
