Job summary

Dollar Tree in Mission, Texas is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers with questions, process transactions at the register, and keep the store clean and well-stocked. You will support unloading trucks and replenishing stock while maintaining a safe, friendly environment for shoppers and staff.

This part-time role requires strong customer service skills, reliability, and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods. Prior retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail or service industry experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and friendly environment for customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
