Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to assist customers, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store well stocked and clean. You will unload merchandise, replenish shelves, and ensure a safe, friendly environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of the store, including restrooms and floors.
