We are seeking a customer experience specialist who will represent the Ollie brand voice, deliver memorable experiences across email, phone, and order management, and help build long-term relationships with customers.

Job description

• Represent the Ollie brand voice to current and prospective customers.
• Deliver a memorable customer experience that helps build long-term relationships.
• Manage customer interactions across email, phone, and our order management system.
