Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and uncover needs; recommend product solutions and add value to the customer experience.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes; complete plan-o-gram procedures.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties; execute price changes and markdowns.
• Operate forklift and baler where age-appropriate; assist customers with loading purchases.
• Ensure a Legendary shopping experience and proper care of birds/poultry; complete all required documentation.
